About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant - Customer Service to join our dynamic team. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • You must be over 18 years old to apply for this role.
  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • You must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • You must be physically able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
  • You must have a valid UK driving license (for certain roles).
