About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Barchester Healthcare as a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing teams in various care homes across the region. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality care and services, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop teams in various care homes across the region
  • Implement action plans to ensure high-quality care and services
  • Lead by example and monitor standards through regular audits and clinical practice
  • Develop and deliver strategies to achieve goals and improve resident outcomes

About You:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
  • Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
  • Previous experience in a nursing home setting
  • Experience in helping residents with different health needs
  • Successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
