This apprenticeship provides an invaluable opportunity to learn the skills and techniques required to succeed as a chef in our busy kitchens. As a Production Chef Level 2 Qualification holder, you will be able to prepare, cook, and present food to meet specifications and customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Cooking and Preparation: Prepare ingredients, cook meals, and present dishes to a high standard.
  2. Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain strict standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
  3. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service.
