Prism Arts is a leading inclusive-arts charity providing creative opportunities for over 2,500 people with learning disabilities and/or autism each year.
The RoleThis pivotal role will focus on developing partnerships across Cumbria and beyond, diversifying income streams to ensure long-term financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders.
- Diversify income streams through fundraising and grant writing.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver arts programs empowering individuals with LDA/A.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill this critical role. Key qualifications include:
- A strong background in fundraising, marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
In addition to a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience), we offer a range of benefits including:
