Fundamental ObjectivesThe Fundraising and Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Securing funding from various sources, including grants, donations, and corporate partnerships.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve long-term financial sustainability.
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or arts administration.
- Proven experience in fundraising, marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a highly competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience), alongside a range of benefits, including:
