Job Title: Assistant Merchandiser

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Merchandiser to join our team in London. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working arrangements.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure continuity of supply. Key responsibilities include achieving sales, stock, margin, and markdown targets, reviewing sales forecasts based on historical data, seasonal trends, and market trends, and monitoring weekly performance to implement in-season plans and deliver target availability across the store estate.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in merchandising, preferably in consumer goods, technology, non-fashion, or a fashion-related sector
  • Knowledge of merchandise planning systems such as SAP, Compass Planning, or similar
  • Experience with business objects
  • Strong numerical, analytical skills, and communication skills
