Caregiver Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Homecare Worker to join our team at Day to Day Care Ltd. in Orpington, Kent.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 6 pm to 9 pm and alternate weekends.
- You will be providing personal care and practical support to elderly clients in their own homes.
- As a Homecare Worker, you will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care services.
- You will need to be flexible, reliable, and able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
About You:
- You do not need any formal care experience to apply for this role.
- However, you must be genuinely caring, patient, and able to display empathy and warmth.
- You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively under pressure.
- A good understanding of good care principles is essential.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £15.32 per hour (£19.14 per hour for experienced workers) plus paid travel time.
- A company pension scheme and paid leave up to 28 days per year.
