The Opportunity Hub UK is seeking a highly skilled and organised Administrative Support Specialist to join their thriving team.

This dynamic role will be the backbone of the team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of tasks with ease, from managing calendars and crafting presentations to assisting with projects and maintaining the office environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication and Administration: Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the right personnel. Schedule appointments, draft correspondence, and maintain accurate contact lists.
  • Organisation and Time Management: Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing filing systems, ordering supplies, and preparing travel arrangements. Assist with meetings by taking minutes and distributing agendas.
  • Project Support: Lend a hand with assigned projects, offering research, data analysis, and administrative support. Create presentations and reports as needed, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and conciseness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with initiative.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and a can-do spirit, with a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Permissions:
