Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £14.15 per hour for weekend shifts, rising to £13.50 after 150 hours completed. You will also receive paid holidays, company pension, and Blue Light card discount.

Job Description

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
  • Supporting clients with self-care and medication management
  • Accompanying clients to appointments or social events
  • Providing companionship and emotional support

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their unique needs and personalities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be:

  • Reliable, honest, and trustworthy
  • Friendly, approachable, and caring with a desire to help others
  • In possession of a full UK driving license with access to a reliable vehicle
