**Duties**:

- Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans and medical instructions.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Assist with meal planning and preparation.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures.
- Familiarity with medication administration and dosage calculations is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in dementia care and understanding of the unique needs of patients with dementia is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to patient's homes for home care services.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
