About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Analyst to join our team at Aegon. As a Change Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring our operational business teams are fully supported and prepared to handle the implementation of change effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Operations, IT, Change, and Proposition teams to ensure successful change implementation.
  • Follow a structured governance framework to ensure effective change management.
  • Identify and report relevant risks and issues for inclusion in project risk logs and reporting systems.
  • Work with Operations to gather information and conduct business impact assessments.
  • Develop and implement test scripts and coordinate test cases (User Acceptance Testing – UAT & Business Verification Testing - BVT).
Requirements
  • Proven experience in change roles, ideally within financial services or a platform provider.
  • First-hand experience with change projects and the change lifecycle, with experience with Jira.
  • Strong understanding of key features of relevant legislation.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing project landscapes and assess potential downstream impacts or risks.
  • Tactical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to navigate both current and future states.
  • Experience identifying key business impacts, pinch points, and operational readiness requirements.
