We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Agile Facilitator to join our team at a leading edge manufacturing business. As a key member of the 20-strong product development team, you will be responsible for coordinating Agile ceremonies, workshops, and daily stand-ups, as well as mentoring and motivating the team to improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies, including PI/sprints planning and review, retrospective, and daily stand-ups.
- Raise and address impediments to ensure smooth project progress.
- Work with the product owner to handle backlog and new requests.
- Ensure the team follows the Agile framework and promotes collaboration across project team members.
- Mentor and motivate the team to improve processes and implement KPIs for project continuous improvement.
- Coordinate international team collaboration and target engagement for new team members.
- Monitor progress and deliver against planning, using simultaneously engineering approach.
About the Role:
This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity, and the successful candidate will be embedded in the product development team. You will work closely with Engineers and Technicians across mechanical, electrical, electronics, software, and project management disciplines. The team is actively engaged in a specific and vital ground-breaking product development project.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have Scrum Mastering knowledge/experience within manufacturing businesses and be able to invoice the client directly. You should be aware that this role will be performed in situ and not remotely due to the high level of interaction with colleagues.
