As a key member of Avidity's sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building relationships with major retailers in the Worcester, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Solihull, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market and be able to effectively communicate the value proposition of our clients' products.

Job Summary
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in the South West region.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management, with a strong focus on delivering results-driven solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in supermarkets throughout your territory.
  • Increasing brand awareness and sales of Kimberly-Clark products.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales calls, meetings, and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • A full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans).
  • Ability to travel regularly on a daily basis, with occasional overnight stays.

Salary: £25,000 per annum plus performance-related bonus.
