Job Title: Personal Care Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and caring Personal Care Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Stoke-on-Trent. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to deliver tailored care and support services that promote their independence and well-being.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support services to clients in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation of personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience working in care environments, preferably in specialist care settings.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
  • $32,000 - $40,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
