**Job Overview**

Muva Homecare is looking for a Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex health needs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in Complex Care in the UK, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be confident using digital care planning systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks
  • Support clients in maintaining their daily routines and adhering to their care plans
  • Administer medication (orally or via PEG) while maintaining accurate records
  • Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients

**Requirements:**

  • Commitment to providing high-quality, safe, and effective care
  • Experience working with individuals who have complex health needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of care plans and ability to implement them effectively
  • Knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding

**Benefits:**
