Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our fantastic team. As a Care Assistant with Human Support Group, you will play a vital role in delivering award-winning care to support our clients in maintaining their independence, dignity, and self-worth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, preventing loneliness and isolation
- Assist with personal care, including all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming
- Collect prescriptions and provide reminders for medication
- Prepare tasty meals and snacks for clients
- Perform housekeeping tasks to ensure clients' homes remain clean and safe
- Support clients with mobility issues, helping them to get around safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude at all times
