Consultant Psychiatrist in CAMHS

Senior Medical Position:
">We invite applications for a Consultant Psychiatrist to lead our Intensive Home Treatment & Crisis Assessment Team, part of the Adolescent Tier 4 CAMHS service at Kent and Medway Adolescent Hospital.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team, contributing to the provision of high-quality care to children and young people with mental health needs.
- Liaise with external CAMHS mental health providers and acute hospitals, ensuring seamless transitions and effective collaboration.
- Participate in the on-call rota, with a Category A on-call supplement of 3% of basic salary.
Requirements:
">- GMC registration with a license to practice, CCT or equivalent, and Section 12 Approval.
- Candidates must also hold Approved Clinician status, be included in or eligible for the Specialist Register within six months of obtaining CCST, and demonstrate alignment with NELFT's values.
