We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Manager to join our team at MaxAd, a leading provider of operated vacuum excavators to the UK construction industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, providing customer quotations, and closing deals.

About the Role:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive account management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
- Analyze sales data to optimize sales processes and improve performance

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proven track record of success in sales development and business growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
