We are seeking an exceptional Special Education Needs Tutor to join our team at Red 5 People. As a seasoned educator, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

In this role, you will teach functional skills English and Maths, while also developing employability and life skills. Our program is designed to prepare learners for employment, and you will work closely with employers, family, and job coaches to ensure successful placement outcomes.

We require a teaching qualification, either Level 3 (PTLLS) or level 5 (DTLLS, PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent), or a minimum of 2 years experience teaching SEN learners in a group setting.

The salary for this position ranges from £28,653 to £31,886, depending on your teaching qualification. We offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and career growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Teaching qualification, either Level 3 or level 5

Salary Range:
