We are seeking an experienced SEN teacher or TA with excellent written and spoken English to join our team at Bright Heart Education.

As a self-employed, part-time tutor, you will have the opportunity to work with students who require additional support and guidance. Our approach, the 'Bright Heart Approach', focuses on building trust, self-esteem, and self-belief in students before addressing academic abilities.

You will work one-to-one with students in their homes or at school, providing tailored tuition and support. We offer a competitive hourly rate and additional benefits, including a travel contribution and on-going training and support.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of relevant tutoring and/or teaching experience in the UK, as well as a current Enhanced DBS certificate. You will also need to be able to provide a university qualification and demonstrate a passion for teaching and working with students with special educational needs.
