About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Administrator to join our Client Compliance Team at Apex Group. As an Administrator in this team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Client Compliance Officers in ensuring that our clients' compliance with legislation in Jersey relating to money laundering, financing of terrorism, and the countering of proliferation financing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with compliance monitoring to test a client entity's compliance with legislation in Jersey;
  • Support the Client Compliance Officers in their day-to-day activities;
  • Conduct research and analysis to ensure that our clients are in compliance with relevant regulations;
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that compliance requirements are met;

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998 and any orders issued under the Law;
  • Knowledge of the Codes of Practice for Trust Company Business, Fund Service Business, Alternative Investment Funds, and Certified Funds;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
