Job Summary

The People Services Development Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the People Services Development and Analytics team, ensuring the efficient use of resources and building resilience to deliver a proactive workforce information service.

The postholder will ensure timely and accurate production of performance reports to key management forums, including the Board and its sub-committees. They will design reports to meet customer requirements and undertake thorough analysis of performance issues, working with Collaborative leadership teams and managers to achieve accompanying supporting narrative.

This role may be suitable as a development opportunity, commencing at Band 5, with progression to Band 6 following a supported period of development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the People Services Development and Analytics team, prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Produce performance reports for key management forums, including the Board and its sub-committees.
  • Design reports to meet customer requirements and undertake thorough analysis of performance issues.
  • Work with Collaborative leadership teams and managers to achieve accompanying supporting narrative.
