Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Safety Specialist to join our team at Elior. As a Food Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our hospitality sector.



About the Role


This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in food safety management, with a focus on developing and maintaining robust food safety and quality systems. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that our food safety and quality standards are met, and that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.


You will be responsible for:



  • Developing and maintaining food safety and quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Providing training and support to our operations team on food safety and quality procedures
  • Collaborating with our procurement team to ensure that our suppliers meet our food safety and quality standards
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest food safety and quality regulations and best practices


What You'll Need


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A strong background in food safety management, with a degree in a related field (e.g. food science, nutrition, hospitality)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a food safety or quality assurance role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with operations teams and other stakeholders
  • A strong understanding of food safety and quality regulations, including HACCP and other relevant standards
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
