Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Deputy Head of Service Management and Operations. As a key member of our Occupational Therapy service, you will play a vital role in the operational management of our Trust-wide service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Occupational Therapy Head of Service to develop and implement service strategies and plans.
  • Lead and manage a team of occupational therapists and support staff to deliver high-quality services to patients and clients.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with Trust policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
