Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the operational management of the Occupational Therapy service, ensuring effective delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Developing and implementing service development plans, working closely with stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Managing a team of Occupational Therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

  • Monitoring and evaluating service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
