Job Description:

The Futz Butler is seeking a charismatic and innovative Head of Business Development to join our growing team. As the outward face of our company, you will be responsible for building genuine relationships with forward-thinking clients and collaborators in the advertising, film, and audio branding industries.

You will have ownership of the entire business development process, from prospecting and relationship building to closing deals and nurturing client relationships. Collaborating closely with our team of audio creatives, marketers, and support staff, you will leverage our distinct service offerings to captivate and convert clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage contacts data in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to align sales strategies with product offerings.
  • Shape the business development strategy and sales processes.
  • Regularly provide concise, accurate reports on sales performance and client engagement.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the creative industries.
  • An existing network of contacts in advertising, broadcast, and creative media.
  • A proven sales process and ability to apply it to different business offerings and sectors.
  • A genuine passion for music and creative culture.
  • Experience and understanding of working with a new business strategy and CRM system.

Benefits:

  • £100k per annum, pro-rated to 3 days per week.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pro-rated.
