At Penshaw View Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled Hospitality End Point Assessor to join our team. As an Assessment Specialist, you will play a vital role in evaluating trainees and reporting on their competencies.

This is an associate role where you will assess Hospitality Team Member (housekeeping) trainees who are at the end of their apprenticeships. Your experience is needed to ensure their knowledge meets the requirements of the assessment.

Your knowledge and expertise will be crucial in evaluating trainees and providing accurate feedback. You will also be responsible for reporting on their competencies, which will help them progress in their careers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing apprentices and a good understanding of the hospitality industry. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
