About the Job:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Norfolk, UK. As part of our Commercial Team, you will play a key role in managing change, issuing commercial notices, and attending progress meetings.

The successful candidate will have experience working on infrastructure projects, particularly those involving Highways England or Local Authorities. Strong IT skills, including Excel and contract management systems, are also essential.

The salary for this position is approximately £52,500 per annum.

About You:
  • You should have a good understanding of standard forms of contract.
  • Proficient in using IT systems, including Excel, Word, and CEMAR.
  • A background in civil engineering, specifically highways or rail projects, would be beneficial.
