Key Responsibilities:

Oversee cost management for a variety of modular and traditional design and build projects, from initial estimates to final accounts.

Prepare essential documentation such as tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities to effectively control project costs.

Evaluate cost variations and provide regular financial reports to all relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement strategies, and financial management.

Experience with both traditional and modular construction methods, working closely with design and build contractors.

Ideally, experience managing residential or high-rise construction projects.
