Key Responsibilities- Manage the customer database and proactively drive membership sales
- Provide accurate information and assist customers in selecting the right level of membership
- Assist in the communication and promotion of the Centre's services
- Process and prepare food and drink orders, and present and sell food and drink stock to customers
- Fill and replenish food and drink displays, and receive, store and rotate food and drink deliveries
