At TQR, we are seeking an experienced Shift Engineering Technician to join our Process Engineering Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to improve processes, mentor Production Technicians, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Process group in addressing and resolving technical challenges within our production areas. They will provide technical expertise and support to Production Technicians in resolving complex machine-related faults.

The estimated salary for this position is around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Please note that this figure includes a 32% shift premium.

The successful candidate must be able to work a continual 3 on 3 off day shift pattern working 11:00 to 23:00. We require candidates who have the immediate right to work in the UK. As this is a challenging but rewarding role, we are looking for someone with strong engineering aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
