Clinical Services Director

Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead our clinical teams and drive excellence in patient care.
About the RoleThe Director of Clinical Services will be responsible for providing clinical direction and leadership to all clinical staff, including nursing, allied health professionals, and medical staff. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical standards, patient safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and drive the delivery of excellent clinical standards of care within all clinical areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and the patient experience.
- Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to ensure the hospital team provides safe, effective, caring, and responsive patient care.
- Ensure all appropriate measures are taken to maintain, promote, and safeguard the wellbeing and interests of patients, employees, and visitors.
