Clinical Services Director

Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead our clinical teams and drive excellence in patient care.
About the RoleThe Director of Clinical Services will be responsible for providing clinical direction and leadership to our clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of safety, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and drive the delivery of excellent clinical standards of care across all clinical areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and the patient experience.
- Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to ensure the hospital's provision of safe, effective, caring, and responsive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with NHS Standard Contract requirements and maintain a high-quality clinical environment.
- Registered Nurse Level 1 or Registered Practitioner/Diploma/Relevant Health Specialty Degree/Degree Level qualification.
- Evidence of relevant professional development, including clinical and managerial experience.
- Ability to motivate a team of clinical professionals and drive a culture of excellence.
- Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
- Knowledge of NHS Standard Contract requirements and experience working in the Independent Sector.
