Clinical Services Director

Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Director to join our team. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for providing clinical direction and leadership to our clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of excellent clinical standards of care across all clinical areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and drive the delivery of clinical standards of care, promoting a culture of patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Provide strong, professional leadership to all clinical staff, including nursing, allied health professionals, and medical staff.
- Ensure the hospital team provides safe, effective, caring, and responsive patient care in a safe and high-quality clinical environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical performance, patient outcomes, and staff engagement.
- Registered Nurse Level 1 or Registered Practitioner/Diploma/Relevant Health Specialty Degree/Degree Level Qualification.
- Evidence of relevant professional development, including clinical and managerial experience.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team of clinical professionals.
- Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
- Knowledge of NHS Standard Contract requirements.
- Experience working in the Independent Sector.
- Professional experience across multiple clinical specialties or disciplines.
- Understanding of service re-design, clinical pathways, and system reform.
- Commercial experience.
