Clinical Services Director

Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Director to lead our clinical teams and drive excellence in patient care.
About the RoleThe Clinical Services Director will be responsible for providing clinical direction and leadership to our clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage clinical teams to deliver excellent patient care and outcomes
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient safety and quality of care
- Collaborate with senior management to drive operational excellence and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical staff, patients, and stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise, with a focus on patient safety and quality improvement
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clinical teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
