About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Parcel Warehouse Operatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, unloading and loading parcels from trailers, and moving them through our facilities to their final destinations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and load parcels from trailers and move them through our warehouses
  • Work with a mechanised Parcel Sorting machine to efficiently sort and process parcels
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve high levels of productivity and accuracy
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early, late, and night shifts
  • Ability to carry parcels up to 30kgs and push up to 250kg, with assistance provided for larger items
  • Physical ability to manage heavy goods
What We Offer

We offer competitive pay rates, with early shift pay at £11.44 per hour, late shift pay at £11.44 per hour, and night shift pay at £11.44 per hour. During peak periods, pay rates increase to £12.54 per hour for early shifts, £13.90 per hour for late shifts, and £15.11 per hour for night shifts. Additionally, there may be an uplift in pay for overtime and Bank Holidays.
