Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the daily operations of our UK warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving warehouse efficiency, reducing operational costs, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the daily operations of the UK warehouse, including inventory management and distribution quality control.

* Oversee the warehouse team and service providers, establishing and implementing warehouse management systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

* Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other relevant parties to ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain customer satisfaction.

* Develop and implement cost control and budget management strategies to ensure warehouse operating costs are reasonable and controllable.

* Gain insight into local logistics resources and market conditions in the UK and provide risk mitigation measures and recommendations based on these insights.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in logistics management, warehouse management, or related disciplines.

* Over 5 years of warehouse management experience, with experience in building and managing UK warehouses preferred.

* Strong cost control and budget management skills, capable of effectively reducing warehouse operating costs.

* Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.

* Proficient in office software and warehouse management systems.
