Head of IT

Futures Manufacturing is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the delivery of high-quality IT services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering significant service improvements, developing and implementing service management arrangements in cloud services and local hardware infrastructure, and operating 3rd party contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of IT services, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement service management arrangements in cloud services and local hardware infrastructure
  • Operate 3rd party contracts, ensuring effective management and optimization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT service improvements
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve IT service delivery and reduce costs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading IT service delivery and improvement
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and local hardware infrastructure
  • Ability to develop and implement service management arrangements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to operate 3rd party contracts effectively
