Personal Secretary to Chief Officer Team

West Yorkshire Police is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Secretary to join the Chief Officer Team Secretariat based at West Yorkshire Police Headquarters in Wakefield.

This is a permanent full-time post (37 hours) with a salary of £24, £27,351.00 per annum.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive and confidential secretariat support to the Chief Officer Team members, requiring experience in supporting senior management within an organisation or the equivalent.

The ideal candidate will have proficient word processing/typing skills and a good working knowledge of and the ability to operate computerised software packages such as Microsoft Office 365.

As a Personal Secretary to the Chief Officer Team, you will be responsible for the provision of Office Cover between the hours of 8am and 6pm, on a rota basis.

Parking Permit will be available for HQ.
