Job Title: Chief Digital Information Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Digital Information Officer to join our team at Finegreen. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of our digital information assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and implementation of our information governance strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Collaborate with our IG Team to deliver a Data Security and Protection Toolkit submission, leveraging your expertise in data security and protection.
  3. Provide specialist knowledge and expertise on information governance issues, including data protection, freedom of information, and confidentiality.
  4. Work with our team to ensure the organization has robust information governance systems and processes in place, meeting statutory and NHS requirements.
  5. Provide specialist advice and assistance to staff on information security, data protection, and confidentiality.
Requirements:
  1. Educated to degree level or relevant training and experience to degree equivalent level in a related function.
  2. Professionally qualified (ISEB Data Protection or equivalent) or undertaking professional development.
  3. Experience of completing the Data Security and Protection Toolkit.
  4. Experience of working with others using a project management approach.
  5. Specialist knowledge of information governance legislation, national and professional guidelines including NHS Digital and the ICO.
