Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to join our team at Napton House in Warwick.

As a Support Worker, you will provide respectful personal care to individuals and help with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning.

You will also engage with service users, build trusting relationships, and work within a structured approach to encourage wellbeing and positive coping skills.

A key aspect of the role is supporting service users in their own homes or in other settings, providing respite to carers and practical and emotional support to families as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have a full manual driving license, as you will be required to drive service users' cars when needed.
