Care and Empowerment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care and Empowerment Specialist to join our team at United Response. As a key member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, and complex needs, supporting them to live fulfilling lives and achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a non-judgmental attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing person-centered support and care to individuals with varying needs and abilities
- Developing and implementing tailored care plans and outcomes
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless support and care delivery
In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a salary of £11.75 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including access to nationally recognized qualifications, free occupational health services, and travel to work scheme (season ticket loan).
