**Job Description:**
Therapist Role at Austin FraserAustin Fraser is seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at a SEN school in Dover. This is a temp to perm role, starting immediately, with a full-time schedule and a competitive salary package.
We are looking for an experienced therapist who can support the identification of speech, language, and communication needs in young children. You will develop tailored strategies to address individual children's needs and collaborate with families to ensure their progress at home.
In this role, you will also train and guide teaching assistants to deliver effective interventions. Your experience working with children or young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) is highly valued.
The ideal candidate will hold an enhanced child-only DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
