Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage customer accounts, resolving queries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Full UK or EU Driving Licence
  • Excellent customer service skills and a calm, 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
