  • Deal with customers face-to-face and over the phone, providing a high level of service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Complete tasks such as opening and closing rental agreements, calculating quotations for short- and long-term hires, and building rapport with all our customers.
  • Check vehicles before and after rentals and assist other departments within the branch where required.
