You will be responsible for conducting instructional supervision, developing efficient systems for appraisal, and providing leadership in initiating professional learning programs. You will also participate in PLC meetings, provide a climate conducive to effective communications, and coordinate student activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree with a valid Virginia license and Administration and Supervision PreK-12 endorsement. At least three years of teaching experience is required, with previous elementary school teaching and administrative experience preferred.
