The International Rescue Committee is seeking three experienced researchers to join our Education Unit and contribute to advancing our research on education. As an Education Researcher, you will be responsible for providing technical research support to various projects, including needs assessments, learning assessments, formative research studies, implementation research, impact evaluations, and measurement research.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, analyze, and report on quantitative/qualitative research.
  • Work collaboratively with our internal team to advance our education research priorities.
  • Disseminate research findings through various channels, including blogs, briefs, and publications.

Qualifications:

  • PhD or MA in education, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of progressive experience in education research and/or relevant practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is USD 95,880 - 112,800 in New York, NY, or GBP 56,875 - 66,354 in London, UK. The position requires up to 25% travel.
