Job Summary

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Business Risk Manager, Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our Services team, you will be responsible for coordinating risk and control responsibilities and ensuring accountabilities are embedded within the Cross Border Payments business.

You will support the Cross Border Payments business in developing and implementing new controls where required in response to business risks. This will involve identifying and documenting manual and automated controls and supporting the development and implementation of appropriate monitoring mechanisms.

Additionally, you will assist in coordinating issue management, including issue oversight and reporting, and inputting to root cause analysis and issue remediation. You will also be responsible for identifying, assessing, recording, and responding to Operational and Compliance Risk events, ensuring these are captured accurately, timely, and in accordance with requirements.

As a Business Risk Manager, Vice President, you will work collaboratively within the team and more broadly with business and functional line management to assess broader and complex issues, develop potential solutions, and drive effective resolution.

You will also support the Cross Border Payments business on audits, reviews, and exams to ensure appropriate preparation, pre-review assessments, and, if required, post-review remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Expertise in business risk and controls.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with regional and global partners in other functional units.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
