Senior Vice President of Quality Assurance

This position is a strategic and execution-oriented management role accountable for quality assurance of control, monitoring, and testing design. The individual will ensure their team delivers high-quality output, incorporates best practices, and improves key deliverables. They will also manage the Quality Assurance team, including hiring, developing processes, and overseeing QA work and reporting of QA results.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience, 5+ years in Risk & Controls roles, and 5+ years of direct management experience. They will have a good understanding of the MCA framework and processes, including Control Design Assessment, Monitoring Design Assessment, and Testing Design Assessment. Advanced skills in MS Office and MS SharePoint are required.
The Senior Vice President will be responsible for developing and driving quality-checking routines to ensure compliance with relevant policies and operating guides. They will also support team members on topics ranging from testing design and execution to performance management and control testing platforms.
The role requires the ability to work effectively on virtual teams, including across different geographies and time zones. The ideal candidate will be an independent thinker and able to perform a credible challenge of businesses/functions.
