Pharmacist Role in Multidisciplinary Care Teams

EAST KENT HOSPITALS UNIVERSITY NHS FOUNDATION TRUST is looking for an experienced pharmacist to work within our clinical pharmacy team. You will be responsible for providing clinical expertise in a variety of settings and developing skills in different clinical specialities. Our rotation program allows staff to gain valuable experiences while working alongside other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
Job DescriptionThe primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Conducting medicine reconciliation and reviewing patient drug charts
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Providing educational support to junior pharmacists and trainees
- A degree in pharmacy and completion of the pre-registration year
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus benefits such as ongoing training, professional development, and a supportive working environment.
